ROBERT ELDON born 1821 Ireland ran a store at Claremont, near Pickering,
Ontario from 1859, then bought the store and ran the Post Office at Kintore
beginning1871. Robert fell on the ice in December 1893 and died at the end of January
1894.  Robert's wife, REBECCA, was a sister of JANE McMURRAY and CHARLES
SMITH (both interred Kintore Methodist)   REBECCA SMITH was the only member
of the SMITH family who was born at Cochocton, Ohio.  Robert and Rebecca
married near Brougham.  Rebecca died 26 March 1892.
